Chief Executive Officer
Chad Magee
Chad serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Revive Infrastructure Group where he is responsible for guiding overall corporate strategy and operations for the company. Chad is also a Board member of Revive Holdings, a co-Founder and Managing Member of Sileo Capital (Revive’s independent financial sponsor), and brings more than 25 years of experience to Revive.
Prior to co-founding Sileo Capital and joining Revive, Chad was the co-founder of Corlex Capital, an independent financial sponsor where he was responsible for executing principal investments, supporting post-acquisition management of portfolio companies, and managing day-to-day operations.
Prior to Corlex, Chad was a Principal at Panton Equity Partners, an independent financial sponsor. Before Panton, Chad was Vice President, Corporate Development & Finance at ManTech International, a publicly traded government contractor. At ManTech, Chad jointly led all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions function for the company and also provided support to the office of the CFO and the finance and accounting function.
Chad began his career in 1997 at NationsBank (predecessor to Bank of America Merrill Lynch) where he spent 12 years as an Analyst, Associate, Vice President, and Principal in the corporate and investment banking groups.
Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University and earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in Operations from Georgia State University – J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

Chief Financial Officer
Ted Schulz
Ted serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Revive Infrastructure Group where he leads all finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and reporting functions.
Ted is an accomplished global executive with a strong track record of successfully working across various service environments and manufacturing businesses. He brings proven expertise in large, complex multi-billion dollar organizations - and smaller organizations - with operating, internal and external reporting responsibilities, as well as accounting and reporting oversight. His skills include mergers and acquisitions as well as divestitures, strategic planning, operations - and internal and external reporting at both public and private companies.
Ted started his career in New York City with Deloitte as an auditor, and then moved out of public accounting to join International Paper and start his finance career in manufacturing (and to see the world) with various financial roles at International Paper in the United States, Belgium, Poland and Russia.
After International Paper, Ted transitioned into private equity CFO roles - first for a pest control services provider, then for a steel tube and heavy haul trailer manufacturer, a premium cinema recliner manufacturer, a global outdoor recreational fishing manufacturer, and most recently for a complex heat mitigation and precision tube manufacturer.
Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Computer Science from Marietta College and is a CPA (inactive).
Executive Vice President and
President, Midwest
Keith Record
Keith serves as Executive Vice President and President of Revive's Midwest division, Excel Utility Contractors, where he is responsible for the management and strategic direction of Excel. Keith founded Excel in 2008 after 30+ years of working in the telecommunications industry. Leveraging his many customer contacts and vast utility knowledge, Keith executed a plan that resulted in Excel growing at more than 25% per year for more than a decade.
Keith began his telecommunications career with Wright Tree Service as a laborer in 1978 before transitioning to Schatz Underground Cable in 1982. During his 20 years of employment with Schatz, he advanced to Vice President and under his leadership grew the company to 500+ employees and worked on projects totaling nearly $1 billion in revenue. Following the purchase of Schatz Underground by Orius Corporation in 1999, Keith was promoted to Vice President of the East Region. The region consisted of the legacy operations of Schatz Underground as well as eight other companies installing telecommunications and broadband utilities which were also purchased by Orius Corporation. Before beginning his career in the utilities industry, Keith proudly served in the Navy for four years and since then has overseen and worked projects at over 75 military bases.

President, Northwest
Andrew Watkins
Andrew serves as Executive Vice President and President of Revive’s Northwest division, Crown Utilities, where he is responsible for the management and strategic direction of Crown. Previously, Andrew served as the Director of Operations for Crown, which he co-founded in 2019, and was sold to Revive Holdings in December 2021.
Andrew started his telecommunications career in 2007 as a laborer in Twin Falls, Idaho and has extensive experience managing large-scale master service agreements throughout Idaho and has forged strong relationships with several key customers. Additionally, Andrew has been part of many RUS projects in Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, California, and Washington and has supervised several large-scale line builds throughout the mountain west.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Wendy Landwehr
Wendy serves as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Revive Infrastructure Group where she leads all HR-related functions for Revive and its operating divisions, Excel Utility Contractors and Crown Utilities. Wendy brings more than 15 years of Human Resources experience across multiple functions.
Wendy’s experience includes driving all HR integration activities during mergers and acquisitions, building and aligning processes that drive employee engagement and communication, and coaching business leaders on HR policies and practices including, talent planning, learning and development, and performance management. In addition, Wendy spent three years as an Employee Health and Benefits Account Manager and Consultant for the mid-to-large market space serving a diverse client base in both the private and public sectors.
Wendy began her career in the telecommunications industry at Schatz Underground Cable in 1999 and then moved to ADB Companies in 2007 where she was promoted into the Human Resources profession. Since then, she has held positions in an administrative, supportive, specialist, management, director, and consultant capacity.
Wendy holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Mental Health from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri where she was awarded both academic and departmental honors. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and holds a certification in Adult Mental Health First Aid.
Vice President, Finance
Michael melhorn
Michael serves as Vice President, Finance of Revive Infrastructure Group where he is responsible for all financial planning and analysis. Previously, Michael served as Controller for Crown Utilities, which he co-founded in 2019, and was sold to Revive Holdings in December 2021.
Michael has more than ten years of financial management experience and has worked for various construction and engineering firms in roles ranging from accounting to data analysis. Michael holds a BA in Economics from the University of Washington.
